1st Course: Raw Summer Corn with Roasted Walnuts, Roquefort, Mint, Chive Oil and Tarragon Vinaigrette

2nd Course: Crepes with Caramelized Onions, Vallejo Heirloom Tomatoes, Sweet Basil and a Parmesan Crisp

3rd Course: Classic Steak au Poivre with a Roasted Shallot Thyme Sauce and Potatoes Dauphinoise


Wild Mushroom and Leek Tart with Gruyere and an Heirloom Tomato and Herb Salad

4th Course: Assortment of French and Local Cheeses with Fresh ACME bread

5th Course: Chocolate Pots de Crème with Salted Caramel with a Black Chocolate Hazelnut Noisette
