FIRST COURSE:

3 Montaditos: Salt Cod Brandade & Piquillo Peppers, Eggplant & Goat Cheese, Chorizo and White Bean

SECOND COURSE:

Roasted Beet and Ruby Grapefruit Salad with Baby Gems, Manchego, Sherry Vinaigrette and White Anchovy

THIRD COURSE:

Beef Shortribs Braised in Rioja with Manzanilla Olives & Pearl Onions with Roasted Potatoes

OR

Winter Vegetables Braised with Piment d' Esplette and Grilled  Housemade Flatbreads

FOURTH COURSE:

Saffron Orange Cakes with a Winter Citrus Glaze and Campari Grapefruit Sorbet

 

January 13th we'll be back at our dining room located at 300 Virginia St. in beautiful downtown Vallejo. We will have two seatings, the first at 5:00 and the second at 7:30. We are not hosting a pop-up in December due to the busy holiday catering season. Thanks for your understanding, we really appreciate your patronage!
